Designed to lay on the dock, the "Skinny covers" are for those that like it tighter. Same great quality as the regular lay on the dock covers but with a tighter fit. Skinny's are designed to hold (2) 30 AMP cords, (1) 50 AMP cord or (1) 100 Amp cord and lay on deck or the dock securely and beautifully. It does NOT hang from the rail as the standard cover does.
